About

Student Well Coaching & Consulting LLC was created when founder Tina Kruse, PhD, envisioned reaching more students, families, and educators to do well and be well within their academic goals. After 25 years of teaching, advising and coaching, Tina built an organization that could encompass the varied services needed in the education world around her.

We empower young people toward meaningful outcomes in school–confidence, clarity, and wellbeing
Launch each Student Well
Many launches happen between ages 18-25, into adulthood via college, trades, career. Our services draw on student strengths to navigate opportunities. We coach young people to grow past their obstacles toward clear
and meaningful life goals.
Grow each Student Well
Parents and caregivers of young adults need support too. Our services apply established expertise about school contexts and student learning to inform, guide, and empower family members as they support the students they love.
Teach each Student Well
Educators and administrators seek insight for student-centered advising and pedagogy. We guide institutional partners to develop meaningful student outcomes and wellbeing.
